About these terms
These terms cover the app “Pinforge: Roguelite Pinball” (the “app”) and this website, both published by YozatApps. For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. The game
Pinforge is a pinball game with roguelite runs: you play rounds against a target score and add parts to the table between rounds. It works offline and without an account. Scores, unlocks and statistics are kept on your device; deleting the app deletes them, and we cannot restore them.
2. Free play and Full Forge
The app is free to download. Without a purchase you can start 3 new runs a day (the count resets at midnight on your device), play the Daily Forge, and always continue a run you have already started.
Full Forge is an optional one-time in-app purchase (a non-consumable, not a subscription) that removes the daily limit: you can start as many new runs as you like, every day. Every run, free or not, plays all three tables. The price is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy. There are no ads, no coins and no subscriptions.
3. Payment, restoring and refunds
Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store and charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Full Forge is tied to your Apple ID: use Restore Purchases (on the Full Forge screen or in Settings) to unlock it again on another device or after reinstalling.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, Full Forge is removed from the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
4. Intellectual property
The game, its tables, artwork, sounds, music, text and code belong to YozatApps. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Do not copy, redistribute or sell the app or its content without permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app, interfere with its normal operation, or abuse the feedback form.
6. Availability
We work to keep the game running well, but we provide it “as is” and may change, update or retire features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, YozatApps is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and contact
If these terms change, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Contact: yozatapps@gmail.com.
